Collaboration & message routing
01 / Product overview
OpenFlux Router is a message routing service for collaboration administrators, integration developers and business teams. It delivers Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom and Slack conversations to AI endpoints, handling channel access, context, endpoint assignment and returned results. OpenFlux interprets the requests and performs the work so employees can use AI from existing team conversations.

Its role in the ecosystem
OpenFlux Router manages messages, routing and context between collaboration channels and AI endpoints. It receives supported Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom and Slack conversations, delivers requests to OpenFlux and returns results through the original channel.
Connect channel adapters and AI endpoints; receive group chats or direct messages supported by each adapter.
OpenFlux RouterRouter delivers context and task assignments; OpenFlux interprets requests and executes them with tools.
OpenFluxReceive execution results and return them along the conversation route so teams keep their familiar communication entry point.
OpenFlux RouterRouter manages channels, endpoint connections and message delivery; OpenFlux executes tasks and returns results. SmartPhone provides phone service through an independent voice chain, complementing Router across communication channels.
Router handles supported group chats and direct messages on collaboration platforms. SmartPhone handles incoming calls, outbound calls and callbacks on SIM phone devices. They provide separate entry points for team messages and phone service.
02 / Core capabilities
Use Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom and Slack adapters to connect team messages. Bring channel conversations into the routing service and return replies through the adapters.
Receive messages from connected channels, send requests to AI endpoints and return execution results through the channel, keeping conversations in their original communication surface.
Maintain routes for supported group conversations and direct messages. Deliver external conversations to the relevant AI endpoints so each communication surface can carry its own tasks.
Send external conversation context and task assignment information to endpoints so OpenFlux can interpret incoming requests against the conversation background.
Maintain endpoint connections and assignments on the server. Use those connections to deliver channel conversations to the relevant endpoint and receive execution results.
Manage endpoint connections and model configuration through the routing service. Keep channel access and AI connection settings together to maintain the message path.
03 / Use cases
Connect a supported team group to the routing service. Deliver its conversations and assignments to OpenFlux, then receive the results back in the group.
Teams initiate tasks from their existing group chats and receive Agent replies.
Connect direct messages from a collaboration platform to an AI endpoint, retaining context. OpenFlux interprets the request and calls the required tools.
Continue asking questions or assigning tasks through direct messages and receive results from the corresponding endpoint.
Administrators maintain Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom and Slack connections centrally, alongside endpoint connections and model configuration.
Manage the connections between communication channels and AI endpoints in the routing service.
04 / How it works
Configure collaboration adapters and AI endpoint connections so the routing service can receive channel messages and contact the relevant endpoints.
Route supported group chats or direct messages to endpoints, passing context and assignment information for OpenFlux to handle.
OpenFlux performs the work with Agents and tools, returns results to Router, and Router replies through the corresponding channel.
05 / Scope & combinations
Use the group-chat and direct-message capabilities supported by the respective Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom and Slack adapters to receive and reply to messages.
Router manages channels, endpoints, conversation routing and delivery. OpenFlux interprets requests, uses Agents and tools, and produces execution results.
Router provides team communication access and message delivery. Atlas supplies enterprise AI governance; dedicated applications provide phone service and interactive presentations.
